The contract offers hybrid, collaborative design services based on human-centered, sustainable, flexible, and tech-enabled strategies. We are involved at each step of the way guiding you and serving as your strategic advisor.

Based on Part 36 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation , we awarded contracts to two small business set-asides for our New England Region — plus 12 national firms.

How it works

1. Discuss your needs and goals with us.

3. We develop an independent government estimate.

4. Provide us a reimbursable work authorization.

5. We issue a request for proposal to the “best qualified” AEI firm.

6. Our contracting officer issues a task order.
